Transparency in Coverage Machine Readable Files:

• Applies to ASO Groups
• Transparency in Coverage Final Rule requires insurers and group health plans to publish machine-readable files starting 7/1/2022.
• The files contain in-network rates and out-of-network allowed amounts.
• BCBSOK plans to make machine-readable files available on a public site for ASO groups by 6/25 for plan years starting on or before 7/1/22, then upon plan year renewal after 7/1/22.
• ASO files will be posted separately from the Fully Insured files
